The names Daniel Wylie, I'm 20 year old and work as a developer (web and backend systems) at Xero 40 hours a week. In my "spare" time I write my own software, fly planes in Fligh Simulator X, work on my mums website, develop sites for other people, drive my car, and socialise. Sound crazy? Sure is. But hey, I love it.

I have developed a wide range of software since I started my first Visual Basic 6 project at the age of 12. Since then I've worked on quite a few little ideas - most not coming to any reality. Kustom Page was one of my biggest successes so far, but life has taken over from working on that at the moment. Recently I have moved on to .NET technologies and using C#, SQL and ASP.NET. And very recently started using ASP.NET MVC which is amazing when used with LINQ.

I also enjoy tinkering around with servers. Though I do prefer that my hardware "just-works" now.
